- the panel or workshop name,
- a brief description (for printing in the convention program if accepted),
- scheduling preferences,
- equipment needs,
- and panel hosting experience (if any).

We will evaluate all proposals and contact you shortly afterwards. All proposals and inquires must be submitted before May 10, 2008.
